These General Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between Attract-Bore and any customer placing an order on the web site, by telephone or by post.
Every customer acknowledges that he/she is aware of the General Conditions of Sale and accepts them unconditionally.

ORDERS AND DELIVERY

Prices are expressed in euros; carriage is not included. It will be added and the amount confirmed in the email acknowledgement of the order.
The minimum quantity per order of magnetic spectacle cases is set at one box of 50 units, which may be of a mix of designs.
Attract-Bore reserves the right to refuse an order and to require prior payment in the event of arrears or insolvency.
The cost of delivery within metropolitan France is that applying on the day the order is placed. Unless otherwise stated, it is for the customer's account and will appear as a separate item on the invoice.
For deliveries outside metropolitan France, the customer is responsible, as the importer, for any customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed upon the arrival of goods.

ATTRACT-BORE reserves the right to change its prices at any moment but products will be invoiced based on prices current at the point at which the order is entered (subject to availability).

PAYMENT

Payment for the first order is due on receipt of invoice. All orders, wherever from, are payable in euros.
Products remain the property of Attract-Bore until the invoice is paid in full. Any order placed implies unconditional acceptance of this clause.
Payment may be made by cheque, stating your customer and/or invoice number, or by bank transfer; our bank details appear on the invoice.
In the event of late payment, a penalty of three times the current legal rate of interest will be applied.

DISPUTES

The two parties will seek an amicable solution before resorting to legal proceedings. Failing an amicable settlement, jurisdiction will be restricted to the court in Laval.
